Motorola Razr V3xx
Though its feature set didn't live up to expectations, the Motorola Razr V3xx cell phone improves on many of the traditional Razr pitfalls that have plagued the product line since its inception. As such, it's the most satisfying Razr to date.
The Motorola Razr V3xx cell phone offers decent call quality, stereo Bluetooth, and a great interior display; And thanks to the HSDPA data connection, it offers zippy Web browsing, fast downloads, and admirable streaming video quality.
The Motorola Razr V3xx isn't a quadband world phone, and its 1.3-megapixel camera is inadequate for such a high-end handset; Also, the voice dialing is unreliable, the phone lacks stereo speakers, and the data settings for third-party applications are too restrictive.
The hinge design is a feat of engineering and the phone feels amazing. We cannot stress enough that hanging up a phone call in a short, sharp flip is nothing short of wonderful and something the monolithic slabs of 2019 cannot offer. Staying true to the original design has been a hit from both a legacy perspective and purely a design one. Motorola has re-established itself from king of the budget Androids to a prince of desire. It’s too early to tell whether it’s a viable option for your main handset when our lives rely so heavily on having a phone capable of taking DSLR-mimicking portraits and organising our lives 24/7. Imagine your childhood sweetheart mysteriously disappearing and then reappearing some years later having made some serious improvements – we’ve got mixed emotions. But Motorola appears to have followed Snoop Dog’s sage advice from 2004 to just drop it like it’s hot.
The return of the RAZR signals a turning point for Motorola. Once responsible for the most desirable phone on the market, this new incarnation pays its respects to that 2004 precursor, while also showcasing some of the most cutting-edge technology available on a smartphone. The design and engineering at play are unquestionably impressive and this is the first foldable phone you'll actually be able to buy in the truest sense of the term. The main question is whether or not the exclusivity and desirability of this new entrant into the foldable market will make up for a high price tag and middling internals.
