Crappy Mobile that I have ever owned

It is a crappy product. Within 2 months of buying it, I started having troubles. Reception was poor and phone used to hang all the time. I was told that it was because of a software issue which could not be fixed. Very disappointed.

very poor phone can't use it.money down the drain.

i thought it was a good phone.but when i tried to use it it would not work with tmobile.and i tried to sell it it would not work with at@t either.i even tried to sell it at pawn shops and they wouldn't buy it.i wont buy unlocked phones anymore.iv'e had it a while and i can't get a refund.i think

can anyone please advise me how to increase the video recording time, the maximum duration I can do is 60 minutes each recording and if you want to record say 140 minutes, you have to do 3 times, 60+60+20....

Not 3G compatible

I bought this for my son for Christmas as a replacement phone and it works great with the exception that he cannot get on the internet for school or directions. He has gone to phone company and they state phone is not 3G compatible and have not seen this phone in North Carolina before. Go figure!

Serious Battery problem

I am impressed with lot of features available at affordable price but unable to use any feature due to fear of heavy battery consumptions. I switch off my phone between 9.30pm tp 7.30am even then after six  hours one bar disappear then after another three hour second bar get disapper and then after...
