Massive fan of the original - it was refreshing and new and although I know it wasn't perfect it was a success as far as I was concerned - it could've been built on and made better. Catalyst is a disappointment - the biggest problem is that it has gone open world and it needn't have.

This game is a massive disappointment. While the first game was a beautiful blend of smaller environments, engaging gameplay, and player choice, this game seems to have taken a different route.

Mirror's Edge: Catalyst is the second installment in this PC/PS4 game series. It's one of the most hyped parkour games out there, with little competition in the field. I loved the first game when it came out; IO had to finish it twice, it was that good.

If you and your friends spent a late night recounting the great games of 2008, Mirror's Edge would likely feature somewhere in that conversation. It was a monumental title, back when shooting things in the face was fast becoming the norm.

The open world is beautiful and huge, and Catalyst expands on the original Mirror's Edge. There are lots of side missions and quests along with the storyline. But overall, a lot of fun to play!

When the first Mirror's Edge released in 2008, wasn't what we'd call " Ground-Breaking ", but the acclaim it garnered and the innovations it brought to the table was anything but.

Decent game, a tad boring after a while but other than that it's good!

I liked the concept of the original concept of the game but to be honest the original game was awful. Hard to control and poorly executed. This is a much needed reboot that takes the ideas and framework of the original game and makes it the game it should have been.

Meidcore. Great music when there is some in the cutscenes or during high paced getaways etc. The controls and combat were just so clunky, the story had no vested interested in any character. It was fun to finish, albeit frustrating during the way many times.

An awesome experience, now make it VR please!!
