I have owned several of these keyboard and mouse sets and they have lasted for years without any issues. I recently had to replace two sets one due to losing the receiver and the other due to spilling a glass of water directly onto the keyboard and I tried other more expensive keyboard sets and returned them to come back to this trusty set. I find it very comfortable to use and I find that my typing speed and accuracy is higher using this keyboard set than any others. I have never had any issues with the keyboard or the mouse and I have owned several and my staff use them on their computers in our office with no issues as well. After many years of typing the letters wear off some keys, but if you are a touch typist this really isn't an issue.

I bought this a over a year ago. It is an okay product but the mouse is always dropping out of connection.

I purchased this product because Microsoft updated Windows 10 and my former KB would not function. When I returned to my office and plugged the KB into the computer then it recognised the computer, nut that was all. It is frustrating because the layout of the KB appears fine - the product should have a warning on it "numerica keys do not function" I have tried various fixes (allowing the KB its own USB port) - all to not avail. I do not have the time to go back to JB and will have to try another way.

Me and my dad were looking for a new computer in 2007.....dad found a keyboard (this keyboard) it is still going in 2017....his computer is [Windows XP] I'm highly recommend this to anyone who want a good use out of a desktop keyboard.

Had this for my laptop set up. Left USB dongle in port when putting laptop in bag, minor bend but made connecting a nightmare (had to nudge it into perfect spot). You can't get replacement USB dongles. Nothing against JB, got a bluetooth version instead (as I should have in the first place) and have never looked back.

This combo is legit - never had an issue with them. Only downside is that if you lose/damage the USB connector the keyboard and mouse become useless.

Just put the batteries in, plug in the USB dongle and you're ready to go. It's incredibly easy to install and to use. I hated my desk getting tangled up in the wires and this feels like I have decluttered my space. The keys are nice at the touch/tap (not too stiff and not over bouncy). Mouse is easy and comfortable to manoeuvre. Best of all, price was reasonable for a quality product. Order online and pick up at my local PB Tech was a smooth process. All in all, I am a happy customer.

Nothing bad about this combo! I have been using this for about a month now and I can say, it had served me very well and still is. Keyboard very smooth and easy to carry around and to use as well. I thought I had a great deal on this combo! Recommended to anyone that does not like the clutter of cables/wires. A+++

This is super easy to connect, just plug in the dongle and keyboard and mouse just worked. LOVE the little storage space for the dongle on the base of the mouse to avoid losing it when switching from home to office. I also appreciated batteries being included in the pack. One negative about the keyboard: no indicators to show whether Caps Lock and Num Lock are on or off. Otherwise, comfy and easy to use. Overall good value for a simple home office setup.

Fantastic keyboard and mouse combo, really smooth and nice to type on. Looks very sleek and smart too. Plugged in and started working straight away.
