Nice bit of kit

"Bought this for my son add he needed something lightweight but fully functional with office 365. It is! Reasonable battery life and seems to be getting better now he's charged it a few times and isn't fiddling with it as much. He loves the stylus which we bought separately.

Lightweight; Powerful; Stable; Good display

Overpriced for what it is, but a great machine

I chose the Surface Pro because I needed a completely silent computer. Nothing else on Earth would've persuaded me to pay this much money for this very average spec, which isn't even a laptop as you have to buy all the expensive extras to turn it into one!

Microsoft Surface Pro 7 Intel i5 128GB SSD Convertible Tablet - Platinum VDV-00007 review

The Surface Pro 7 is arguably the best windows tablet money can buy, it’s just not that big a leap over the Surface Pro 6. The form, design, microSD card slot, kickstand, Windows Hello and simply the way it works are still winners in 2020.

Pros: great screen; good battery life; brilliant keyboard (essential additional purchase); microSD card reader; excellent kickstand; Windows Hello; solid build; easy to carry; USB-A and USB-C

Cons: no Thunderbolt 3; fairly expensive; keyboard should be included; Core i7 version fans are more audible

So Compact and Ease of Use

The Msoft Surface Pro 7 is so easy to use with either keyboard or just a swipe of your finger. Travelling with it is perfect, just slip it into your shoulder bag or brief case it doesn't take up much room and isn't heavy either. It is a dream to work with. It's perfect!!!!

Fair feature and able to do what it expected to do

Generally good designed product. The only thing to call out is to Microsoft to find a better way to host the pen. Magnetically stick on the side of the tablet could be a challenge.

Microsoft Surface Pro 5 (i5, 4GB RAM, 128GB, SSD, Win 10 Tablet) - Excellent review

While it's a shame that picture and sound quality haven't been upgraded, the iPhone 13 was great in these regards and the iPhone 14 is, too Excellent display Admirable headphone performance Solid build quality No upgrades to picture or sound Familiar design Notch is still present

Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) Review

Microsoft's Surface Pro is the best 2-in-1 you can buy.

Excellent notebook performance in a tablet format; Significantly improved battery life; Outstanding build quality; Type Cover offers a quieter experience; Surface Pen is more precise and faster

Connectivity is minimal and lacks USB Type-C; Signature Type Cover and Surface Pen are costly add-ons

Microsoft Surface Pro 7 Intel i5 128GB SSD Convertible Tablet - Platinum VDV-00007 review

The Surface Pro 7 is the creative hardware of choice for the Illustrator – and by this we mean professional vector artists and graphic designers whose main tool is Adobe Illustrator.

The best tablet/laptop hybrid that can run full Windows apps; Impressive performance for its size; Stylish accessories.

Screen needs improving.

Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) review

We’re confused as to why Microsoft didn’t give this the Surface Pro 5 moniker, since it only received the largest improvement on a Surface we’ve seen so far. Despite losing the included Surface Pen, the Microsoft Surface Pro 2017’s massive leap forward helps it retain our coveted Recommended award.

Hugely improved battery life; Much better Surface Pen; Comfier, punchier Type Cover;

Surface Pen pulled from package; Only Core i7 can challenge A10X

Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) Review & Rating

When Microsoft released the original Surface products –the first-gen Surface Pro and Surface RT–, we all asked: ‘' Did Microsoft have to make a Tablet?'' Now with the latest Surface, everyone is asking: ‘'Did Microsoft have to do it again?'' At first, we didn't understand…

Newer seventh-generation processors; Better, prolonged battery life (13 hours); Intuitive Surface Pen and Type Cover; Versatile motion on kickstand

Lacks USB-C or Thunderbolt 3; Type Cover and Pen Sold separately
