Been a Surface Tablet user for several years however device at end of life and looking for an alternative that provided larger screen, longer battery life and still keeping it light. Researched quite a bit before purchasing and had been looking at Windows Pro devices with Intel CPUs. Happy to say - not disappointed whatsoever. The laptop has fast start up, long battery life, able to close the lid and not open for 24-48 hours and still have similar battery life from when last left. Well worth the investment.

The quality of the laptop is very good. It seems to have a long battery life when it comes to studying. And the laptop processing power handles my gaming so far. The display screen is twice as good as my old MacBook.

this is a surface device, love the build quality and clean and pure windows install BUT i have never owned a surface device without quirks / bugs the usb-c port on this laptop will just NOT OUTPUT HDMI, the adaptor shows up in device manager under the usb bus but never becomes a display adaptor have confirmed that the adaptor works with my surface pro 7 also be sure to be careful when using the surface connect charger

Upgraded from a Surface Pro 4. Good sized screen, nice crisp display and I do find the touch-screen convenient at times. Have had the laptop for a few weeks and running as expected of a Microsoft laptop. No major issues have cropped up so far, the only annoying thing is it's not the easiest laptop to physically open.
