I have always used ergonomic keyboards and a chap from Microsoft said when I queried it what if it gets dirty - "it has a 12month warranty we can replace it". I've had it for 6 days. I've used it for 3 days. My jacket has dirtied the keyboard by resting on the alacantra. Not impressed. Looks gross.

Bought the keyboard a month ago, it took a couple of weeks to get use to but is definitely much better for my wrists. Not sure why others have rated is so badly. I am enjoying the change.

I've had this keyboard for a year and it has been trouble free, very responsive and quality build. I use this for my large screen and its linked to my laptop, fingers don't hurt as the keys are quite soft but good for those who type a lot.

I purchased this keyboard after my old Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard started playing up. Having used this new keyboard for a few weeks, I'm still disappointed with a couple of design changes they made with this new iteration. 1) the function key always accidentally gets hit as its down next to the Windows key. Since it toggles on/off (unlike the sculpt which needed to be held down) means that I'm never confident when a press an fx button, what is going to happen. Keyboard feels great but not got to use it yet a can't get it connected to my HP laptop. Had to buy a Bluetooth adaptor and this is not working. have speent hours and hours trying to different things.

Awesome product! Even greater service!

Seems to turn off quickly (after about < 5 mins) and then takes 5-10 seconds to reconnect (on both my mac book and Windows PC). Makes editing docs a bit annoying sometimes, otherwise it is great. Look and feel are great though.

if you have never had an ergonomic keyboard, then it takes some time to get used to it (as with everything that's a bit different). If you had one before, you'll love that one. It's smooth and I can absolutely recommend it. Yes, it's more expensive, but if you have to do a lot of writing every day, you'll appreciate the design and relaxation in your hands ...
