I bought this keyboard and mouse for external use with my Surface. Trivial to install and get working. The keyboard is very nice to the tough and the mouse is very good for normal use. It comes with batteries for both devices and the claim is that the batteries work for 2 years.

This is a terrific unit - light, accurate and secure. What several of the reviewers fail to recognize is that the receiver is quite deliberately irreplaceable. This prevents anyone but the original purchaser from gaining access to your keystrokes and associated information.

The keys have a nice touch and the mouse is very smooth.

I got this in an emergency as my previous Microsoft keyboard and mouse had died (mid email!), and its essentially a newer version of what I already had, but much better. The keyboard has rubber feet and so it more steady and quieter on the desktop.

Keyboard a little small for a old man who has the shakes and the mouse leaves a lot to be desired because it makes up its own mind where it wants to go. Not a good match of Mouse and Keyboard.

Just the mid-range keyboard and mouse combo I was looking for. Comfortable mouse and keyboard, however the keyboard is not what you would call ergonomic. The devices work perfectly with no fuss- and the batteries were included with the purchase, which was a nice touch!

I have been using these for over 2 weeks now. The range of the blue tooth seems ok. I plug it to the back of the PC on the floor and use them on the desk. I bought this for work. The mouse is great as it has some weight to it and the keyboard feels nice and smooth.
