Good quality sound, useful features. Weirdly, at times the sound quality drops right off and headphones need to be turned off and then on again. It is Microsoft after all.

Simple out of the box connection in Windows environment. Work very well. Slight pause connecting, but bonus that tells how much charge is left.

Comfortable enough to use on long calls (Teams/Zoom) the microphone only flips one way - can only be used on the left ear. the buttons to mute and answer calls can be fiddly to find being at the back of the ear pieces and would be better bigger
