This headset is garbage. If you work primarily on the phone/call centre or participate in lots of virtual meetings DO NOT buy this headset. The noise cancelling is non-existent, I had people on Teams and 3CX calls telling me that it sounds like I am driving in a convertible because the background noise sounds so windy even the sound of cars driving at the front of my house can be heard and my office is in the back of my house. The sound coming through the ears is relatively good but the poor performance of the microphone just makes this a waste of money This headset is a waste of money.

I've been using the headset for about 2 weeks and it's working really well. After long use the headset starts to feel uncomfortable on my head but I find all headsets do this to me - even the very expensive ones. If considering, please note that the microphone arm doesn't rotate 360 degrees so it will always be on your left. This hasn't been an issue for me as the micrphone picks up my voice really well and Microsoft has placed the arm in a really good position so you hardly notice it.

Looks nice but my ear will start to hurt after wearing it for a while. I've also experienced issues as sometimes it will disconnect from Teams and sometimes when someone's calling the sound comes out of the laptop speaker instead while it's plugged.

For the price - a great product. Not audiophile standard by any means, but work perfectly with Teams. Helpful to block out background noise and clearly heard by those on the other end.
