Worked fine for first time user!!!

This headset feels great on the head for a mono ear device but the trouble is that the mic is located away from your face. It is located an inch or two to the left of your mouth meaning the audio you record is very quite indeed.

Pros: - excellent sound quality - comfortable - worked with MS Lync with no issues - feels solid Con - the microphone arm is not very adjustable - it doesn't go far enough away from the face

A little expensive but you get what you pay for

These are great for those looking for a one-ear headset (some of us need to listen to kids and pets); Very high quality and very comfortable; Great sound both ways
