Not the best
I have bought 3 pairs of these headphones now and of them only 1 worked properly. The first one broke within a couple months (no sound or mic) and the second pair worked fine and i then bought another pair for a colleague.

Had several sets of these.
They've all served me well. Very easy to use. Great for gaming, Skype, Discord, Teamspeak…etc.

I use dragon dictation to do a lot of my typing (not on this review, so any mistakes are mine!)... Dragon works best when the mic is in front of / just to the side of your mouth. So many headsets now days seem to have that short, stubby thing that stops mid-cheek and causes havoc with the program.

Great headphones
Very happy with htese headphones especially because all aspects of the packaging including the plastic is recyclable.

Comfortable, though sound is missing
My team and I purchased 5 headsets hoping to provide some noise isolation and comfort. The comfort is an improvement over the standard on-ear type of speakers, though not to the level I expected.

Not compatible with X Box One
Total waste of time, these aren't compatible with XBox One! Wish I'd read the reviews and wouldn't have wasted my time!

lasted 5 years and still cracking!
i bought this headset 5 years ago and used it frequently for a very long time. its only recently starting to fall apart and the mic died a month ago, but that isnt a major issue for me. the sound quality is still bang on and everything works great despite its clear age and damage.

Microsoft LX-3000 Headset
I bought a Microsoft LX-3000 Headset from Best Buy a while back because I had heard such good things about it. Also, I needed a new microphone for my desktop computer, and since this one has both microphone and headphones, I thought it would be perfect.
