This webcam has an issue with auto focus, It will continuously try to focus itself when it's already in focus. This happens about every 20 seconds and never stops, turning off auto focus does not help because then it just remains out of focus.

Horrible.Horrible webcam.Bought last week from Future shop.Continues Auto focusing the image even you are still.I did not expect this from Microsoft.Thinking to return and get Logitech.

It did not say that you needed a thin laptop for it to fit onto AND it doesn't even clamp well onto my laptop. The clamp isn't made right and there is very limited space within the clamp for anything to fit. I shall be sending it back to the local Walmart for exchange or return.

I bought this webcam to update my old one that's about 5 years old. I've been told sound levels are very low even when at 100% and that the image quality is no better than the one I use to use. The USB cord is extremely short, but since it's for laptops, that's understandable.
