You can really tell the difference with this new version of the controller. The new D-pad makes a huge difference. I loved it.

Does exactly what it says, works with PC well and is basically plug and play. I've used it a couple times now for mostly Dark Souls type games or for driving and there's no noticeable input lag. You can plug it in with the USB type C wire that comes with it (which is really long) or use batteries. Controller itself is comfortable and looks really good. I'd suggest looking for further reviews for info for wear and tear over time but it seems alright for now.

Though smaller than the previous generation, I quickly adjusted and find this controller to be superior to any other I've used. The cable is about 2 meters long - I was worried it would be quite short. Connection is very secure. Buttons on the actual controller itself are all very satisfying and new textures applied to various surfaces on the controller work very well. To those with larger hands and who appreciated the size of the previous generation: Give it 10 minutes, you won't notice after a little usage.

The texture of the grip was weird to me at first but you’ll get used to it.
