IN LOVE WITH THEM

My first was the Stockwell. The impression was so good that made me buy the Stanmore. Awesome sound quality and classy design ! I have the Stanmore in my living room. Later bought both a Stanmore II and an Acton II playing together in the living room.

Unbeatable Sound!

This speaker is phenomenal!! It has crisp highs and good bass. I really love that it has separate bass, treble, and volume knobs. It sounds incredible; from classic rock to r&b, even to classical music. This speaker delivers life-like sound! I am very pleased with this speaker!!

Separate volume; bass; and treble Long distance Bluetooth connection

None that I have found yet

Marshall Stanmore II Voice Review: Smartest Speaker On The Block

The Marshall Stanmore II Voice is one of the smartest, hardest-hitting smart speakers we've tested this year. Just like Marshall's other products, the Stanmore II Voice look and sound great, and has enough tech in it to satisfy most audiophiles looking for a handsome and hi-tech speaker to add to...

Superb sound

Sounds and looks great, easy to set up, I'm not usually very good at things like this but even I found it easy, never had anything with Alexa on but got it working straight away. Works well with my iPhone and husbands android phones, connected easily to my turntable.

Marshall Stanmore II Voice review: This voice-controlled Bluetooth speaker has the iconic look of rock royalty

The Marshall Stanmore II Voice can easily be mistaken for the head unit on an iconic Marshall stack, and its audio performance avidly matches that...

Overall sound quality is rich and full; App provides a five-band graphic EQ; Iconic Marshall look; Physical controls are way cool

Couldn't get Alexa or online streaming to work on my iPhone 6; Bluetooth pairing is flaky; Online customer support is subpar

Marshall Stanmore II review: A powerful but pricey Assistant speaker

You are no longer stuck with a few Google-branded speaker options if you want to invite Assistant into your home. There are speakers from JBL, Sony, and many others-including Marshall.

Audio Powerful, crisp sound with above average bass for a smart speaker; Manual adjustments with knobs, Design Looks like a Marshall amp, and the adjustment knobs on the top are fantastic, Input Supports WiFi, Bluetooth, aux, and RCA

Audio again The audio is good, but not as good as the Home Max, Design again The back of the speaker is pretty ugly, Price $400 is a lot to pay for a smart speaker, no matter how good it looks; The Home Max is also the same price

Marshall Stanmore II Voice Review

We like Marshall's Stanmore II Bluetooth, but it doesn't really stand out in a crowded sea of wireless speakers. The $399.99 Stanmore II Voice, however, has far less competition in the smart speaker realm. At $50 more than the Bluetooth-only model, the Stanmore II Voice adds your choice of support for Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant voice commands. Marshall also manages to improve the audio output—the Voice model doesn't distort on deep bass like the Bluetooth version sometimes does. That makes it a stronger value than the standard model, and one of the better high-end smart speakers you can buy. Design The general specs for the Stanmore II Voice are nearly the same as the Stanmore II Bluetooth, but there are some minor variations. It measures the same 7.7 by 13.8 by 7.3 inches (HWD), but weighs a slightly heavier 10.7 pounds. The front cloth grille and black leather-like enclosure are visually identical, but where the Bluetooth version has a power switch, the Voice model houses ...

Marshall's Stanmore II Voice smart speaker improves upon the already-solid audio of the Stanmore II Bluetooth while adding your choice of Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant voice control to the mix.

Powerful audio performance with rich bass depth and crisp highs; Handsome design; Mics pick voice up easily from long distances; Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant models available

Unattractive back panel; No audio cables included for inputs

Marshall Stanmore II Voice Review

The Marshall Stanmore II has the volume levels to match its rock n' roll looks, but don't think it's all about the decibels, it's a surprisingly musical speaker with an elegance you don't expect.

Masses of volume; Musical; bassy; yet still controlled sound; Amazon Alexa integration is well executed and useful; Classy; decor-neutral design

Expensive; Alexa app is unreliable

Review: Marshall Stanmore II is a rockin' Bluetooth speaker that improves on the original

Marshall's upgraded mid-range speaker is a powerhouse of sound tailored to those who love the feeling of being at a concert and seeing the giant iconic amps littering the stage.
