The external box is large and heavy at 15 x 9 x 8.5 inches. The quality of this product is apparent as soon as the lid of the box is raised.
Well built solid feel; Good sound across bass and midrange; Fast Bluetooth connectivity
Knobs do not go up to 11
Great speaker with great sound. It sounds much better than either of my Bose Bluetooth speakers with much better low end and sparkling highs. It isn't cordless and it needs to be plugged into a power source to work, but the sound quality makes up for it.
Consumer electronics companies are always looking for a brand to convince is to part with our cash, and by now all brands with any kind of recognition have already been licensed to Chinese gadget-makers.
Music has depth and detail; AirPlay; ChromeCast & Spotify Connect; Simple multi-room music; Retro styling
Very expensive; Frequent drop-outs; No portability options; Google Home too baked-in
I got this for my partner for Valentine's Day and he loves it. He drags it around inside, outside, into the shed. Great sound, perfect size
Loving my speaker, cool & quirky with a great sound
Absolutely inlove with my new speaker. Looks the business, sound quality amazing.. takes a little while to pair if alternating between devices but learnt the fastest way to overcome this is to turn off Bluetooth on previous phone.
This speaker can only connect to wifi with the google home app, but it was easy enough for it to find the speaker. I had no problems with setup or keeping it connected. However, the acton has no RCA connection for input, which as of 11/2018 the page is still incorrect.
Fanatic quality and sound - very good price for the quality!!! LOVE!
I was sceptical before buying because I have only ever bought iPod docking stations as standalone speakers and I preferred hi fi systems in the past. I don't own any CDs any more as we have Deezer Premium and Amazon music so I thought I would try a Bluetooth speaker.
