Not ok...to long to install

Took about 3hrs to actually play the game. Then it was just ok. Not worth the wait or hype.

Overall it's a tight game with slightly upgraded visuals and the depth of online/offline modes you expect from a Madden game. Don't go into this thinking the graphics are going to blow you away, once games like this are solely developed for the next-gen systems that is when the visuals will begin to...

still fun.

ths is the best football out on xbox one. madden 15 and 16 are both a lot worse than this. graphics are great. no music isn't fun. gameplay is horrible, just like every other madden ever made. overall, a fun game, worth the money.

All round solid game.

Very enjoyable game to play with decent graphics and a number of different game types to keep you entertained. Easy to use and understand both for a rookie to madden games or an experienced vet. Ticks all boxes for me and I have had hours of fun with it, good solid purchase and well worth it.

Brutal and Bloody Chess: Madden NFL 25 Review

It's fourth down with under 2 minutes left in the fourth, we're at the 42 yard line and are down by 4 points. We need more than just a field goal. I notice the Defense enter a blitz formation and quickly adjust.

- exciting; difficult intuitive gameplay; - great presentation; - best Madden to date

- graphics while nice are showing their age; - too many useless modes; - not enough innovation; - feels like a stopgap between console generations

Madden NFL 25 Xbox One and PlayStation 4 Review

Madden games catch a lot of flack for not changing enough every year, but here's an example of why change isn't always a good thing. The next-gen versions add more detail pretty much everywhere, but in the end it makes me have to fight for control of my players and worry about little things that...

Great atmosphere; Smarter player AI; Fundamentally good football

Irritating controls; Underwhelming graphics

Xbox One Review - 'Madden NFL 25'

It wasn't until the release of the PS2 and Madden NFL 2001 that the Madden NFL series became synonymous with console launches. Likewise, the launch of the Xbox 360 and Madden NFL 06 brought about such a level of detail and improved AI that it made a strong case for football fans to get the next...

Back From The Bye

Note: The main text is from the current-gen review, and the additions from the Xbox One version have been added below. It's fitting that an iteration celebrating the 25th anniversary of Madden is littered with references to past games and hampered by the feeling that, no matter what has been done...
