We installed the microphone in a meeting room and connected to a Windows 10 computer. It was instantly recognised and drivers were installed automatically. Didn't have to but still restarted the computer and it has been working well for the past few weeks.

According to manufacturer video this is supposed to be a plug in and play microphone. After a week of trying with the help of 3 techs couldn't get it to work with Zoom or Skype.

This microphone does what it says! And it is connected only through a USB. If you put it in the right place, it nicely captures all sounds in a small to medium sized room.

I bought this for the conferencing facilities in my office and have since bought a second for another conference room. I cannot rave about this microphone enough. It is easy to use and the quality of the sound is fantastic even from a few meters away. Worth every penny.
