Lost Planet 2

If Lost Planet 2 were the only videogame on store shelves enabling players to shoot at shit, it would be revolutionary. But it isn't. It's just another deposit of digital cholesterol on a constricting artery that's one cheeseburger away from being clogged forever by uninspired third-person shooters.

Not that great

In the demo, I was absorb in the experience of killing large creatures and it was so much fun, especially with friends. But when I got the actual game, it got frustrating alot of the time.

the graphics and lighting are intense the controls are smooth and the gamplay is good one of the best sounding games in my opinion but i bought the game thinking i was gonna be in a big mech shooting big aliens and instead you spend most of the time on foot shooting humans wondering how i went from...

Lost Planet 2 Review

First Impressions My reaction is The first Lost Planet was as on and off as it gets. The series did how ever show potential. The level design was awesome and the enemies came in all sizes and shapes.

Lost Planet 2 Review

Without a doubt, Lost Planet 2 is one of the most disappointing games of the year so far. The story and gameplay might sit better with fans of the original, but that doesn't hide the fact that the controls are clunky, the AI is average and the level design is terrible.

Lost Planet 2

Sequels are supposed to take a game franchise forward, building on their predecessors' strengths, shoring up their weaknesses, and adding new features to enhance the gameplay. Unfortunately, that's not the case with Lost Planet 2, a sequel that manages to be a step backward from the original game.

Lost Planet 2

When the biggest selling action games of recent memory include lengthy solo-campaign and expansive multiplayer experiences, the pressure on developers to release similarly well featured packages must be huge.

Lost Planet 2 Review

Lost Planet 2 is a divisive game. When I write that, I don't mean that it divides players in any way. I'm using the term to describe the very ideas at the game'score. The game feels like two schools of game design are at war with each other and when the dust settles, what's left is a game that has...

Lost Planet 2 - PS3

Lost Planet: Extreme Condition was a game that nearly had it all. Designed as a flagship title for the Xbox 360, Capcom's game was a conscious effort to marry the dynamics of a Western shooter with the style of a Japanese action game, meaning that on top of the usual blasting, sniping and...

Great boss battles; great co-op action

AI can forget about teamwork; not great playing single player

Okay for the Price

I got it onsale here for <10. had I paid 20 I might have been mad. Mindless game with decent amount of fun for the money

Decent gameplay large monsters (akrid) to kill

Obviously a japanese made game; Has the feel of japanese game; Single player campaign menus are setup just like multiplayer, hard to tell what you are doing at first; -Easy bots to kill -3rd person shooter -terrible A.I
