Lost Planet 2 is better by leaps and bounds from the original. Still, there is room for improvement, especially in a more cohesive storyline. It's better in a lot of areas, but could be even greater.

In the demo, I was absorb in the experience of killing large creatures and it was so much fun, especially with friends. But when I got the actual game, it got frustrating alot of the time.
Environment researchers are divided into two camps: those that claim the Earth is getting warmer and those that believe we're heading towards a new Ice Age. If we can believe Capcom and Lost Planet 2, our future looks quite warm and subtropical. Let's see how things will look in the next 100 years.
