There are minimal instructions included regarding how to synchronize the device. I had no problem syncing with my iPad, but it took a while to synchronize with the iPhone. Attempts to find a way to contact Logitech were unsuccessful.
Nice Speaker. Little Less sound as compared to JBL but worth buying. Easy blutooth connectivity and easy to handle and use without any wires. well done logitech. The actual price is aroung 3000 k but itz almost offereda at half of the price.

Good sound; good range; good battery life; good build quality; nice clip holder; easy controls; wireless phone
Hard to find buttons in dark; hard to skip; and pause tracks
