If using for work purposes, you must remember to charge it twice a day as the use time is 6 hours. When going flat it goes hopelessly crackly for whoever is on the other end and if you don't have a backup headset your meeting is over.

Excellent sound quality, decent battery life and plug and go functionality are all here with this item.

The headset can only be worn a certain way around as the mic only goes one way; They don't fold up very small; After only a month or so the headset has stopped working and is being returned; It won't charge

I bought this bluetooth headset to use on my PC and iphone. Supposedly it supports BT 2.1 including HFP and A2DP. After talking to Logitech support it actually only supports headset functions on a PC with their receiver and will only support headphone functions for music, etc.. on the iphone.

Comfortable, I can hear well, overall great product. Would be better if there was an easy way to tell if I was on mute other than asking, but aside from that, I love these.

Headset has way too much static/interference issues. Even if/when you move any/all sources of RF interference away from the headset/USB dongle, it continues to pick up interference even the headset is 2-3 feet away from the USB plug. Returned and replaced with same product - exact same problem.

Great product. Use them in call center and they last and reps love them without a cord attached. I have over 40 in use and only had to replace 1 in past 5 months.

Considering the price, this is a great headset. Not a whole lot of bass but the sound is clear and loud enough for me not to have to use it on max all the time. The mic is surprisingly good based on feedback I get from people.
