Biggest piece of junk I ever bought

Despite having a masters degree in IT I have found it impossible to configure this router. I do not want to connect it to the internet, but use it in a private network. Apparently it must have internet to allow configuration. That is unacceptable. Not even worth the effort of returning it.

Impressive!

I am really impressed with my new Linksys AE6350. Had to call for help to set it up, but that was easy, My last router kept dropping the signal, but this one is AWESOME, so far no signal drop.........Best router by far for me.:)

Premium cost for mid-tier

Supports 2.4 GHz @ N300 300mbps and 5 GHz @ 867mbps.

GUI seems to be the same as other recent Linksys routers in layout: Features guest mode, parental controls, monitoring; Also has a built-in speedtest which is a nice bonus, links to "Ookla" a popular web speedtest.

Would like to see more data streams especially in this tier; For most people looking at this type of router, it's probably all they will need but the way the EA6350 is positioned in the market it seems to be a little uncompetitive in that regard

Review: Linksys Max-Stream AC1900 MU-MIMO Gigabit Router EA7500

T he Linksys Max-Stream AC1900 MU-MIMO Gigabit Router EA7500 could be considered the little brother of the EA8500 we reviewed last August. With more devices possessing MU-MIMO compatibility now compared to a year ago and the 8500's feature set trickling down the line into the mid-range EA7500, more...

Linksys EA7500 AC1900 MU-MIMO Gigabit Router Review

When buying a new router, there are a few different metrics you want to keep an eye on when making your final decision. The basic stuff like how fast is it or what kind of range are important enough on their own, but what separates a regular WiFi hub from the standouts like Linksys' new EA7500...

Average At Best

I bought this router because I had pretty poor WiFi in my house from my provider's hub and also for the traffic prioritisation as I am a gamer and wanted to ensure a seamless connection when gaming.

Liked it. This unit delivers reliable service with good performance. Like most Linksys units, the feature set is pretty basic, good for most usual usage patterns, somewhat limiting if more advanced functionality is required.

Steady good performance; Convenient remote access setup

Somewhat simplistic menus in the GUI

Refurb looks and works like brand new

Had trouble initially with setup, but Linksys support was very helpful with fixing the problem. Once the router was up and running updating and tweaking was a snap.
