Found out this is a refurbished product being advertised as new. Not happy about this as I have to pay to send it back.

I bought this through AMAZON - third party seller. /it turns out that when I received it, the warranty was already expired. According to Linksys, it was registered to the third party seller, and the warranty was over. Not a problem if it works OK. If it doesn't work you are out of luck.
Both wired and wireless connections are dropping out. I also had a huge issue with the MAC Address being recognized by my modem. I ended up having to use a MAC address clone to get internet.
This product was replacing a smaller Linksys to speed up our devices. It did not speed them up and took over 4 hours to set up
Difficult To Set Up; Slow Connection Speed
Very great router all around... Easy setup and connection... We are now pulling 56mbps, 20 more than the old router could on a good day... We connect with multiple laptops, iMac, iPhone, ps3, xbox360, smart t.v. and much more... Usually we have many going at the same time... No lag or down time...
Performance wise, Cisco hasn't made any great strides forward with the EA3500. If anything, when compared with Cisco's original "N750" router, the E4200 , performance is a bit lower in some cases.
