Good Product
Easy to setup and configure. Good range and design. Had minor problems using it. Was unable to connect to internet twice. But restarting the device fixed it. Finally, its value of money.

The E900 Router was easy to setup, had no problems getting it to work. It works very good and I have a 2700 sq ft house it is on main floor and I have no problems on the second floor or in the basement. No problems after 3 months very satisfied!

In a nod toward what most people still are buying these days, we're testing a few popular N300 and N600 class routers to flesh out the Charts, Finders and Rankers a bit more. This time I'm taking a quick look at Linksys' current entry-level N router, the E900 .

The only difference between this router and others for 2-3x more money is dual-band support (which is only useful for connections over 40Mb), QoS services (for more than 2-3 simultaneous users), some never used parent controls and access using Cicso's new (and limited) Cloud, as well as a gigabit

A waterfall on expectations
I purchased this router primarily for range and supported apps. I currently own a iBall Baton 3G+ wireless N router, that is single band basic router. Looking at various reviews, videos and apps Cisco site speaks of (that I now understand have been placed to confuse buyer), I placed the order.

Cisco Lynksis Router Is The Best...
Cisco router is amazing router, but if only if you have some money to spend, all in all the quality used in the product is good plus the networks speed are above average and well satisfactory

Works great running DD-WRT. I have it setup in Repeater Bridge mode where it connects to the main router as a client and extends the wireless range and accepts wired computer on the Ethernet ports.
Pros:
- Cheap
- runs DD-WRT
Cons:
- Wireless strength no better than WRT54GL

No Guest Mode
The router works fine. I just did not realize that it does not allow for a Guest set up. I picked one of the two routers Linksys has that do not allow for a Guest set up.
Pros:
- Easy To Set Up
- Fast Connection Speed
- Reliable connection
Cons:
- No Guest Set Up
