Great colour print outs. Set this up as simple USB connection in my office. However I specifically chose this product to speed up scanning and it was chosen for the duplex. However there is no scan option on the control panel.

Would have given it a 5 but I had a problem with the wireless and called tech support and they had to escalate it to next level. Never heard back from them. I had it replaced and is working perfectly
