The Lenovo X1 Carbon provides one of those all-too-rare wow moments, where a product truly amazes on sight. Why?
The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon is everything the original X1 should have been. Though its TN screen doesn't quite match up to the premium style, build and features of this stunning Ultrabook, in every other regard it's easily the best business ultraportable around.
Stylish; light and sleek; Superb backlit; spill-proof keyboard; Durable soft-touch finish; Powerful specs; Good high-res screen
No Ethernet port; Screen panel still TN
For several laptop generations, Lenovo's ThinkPad line has been the go-to for professionals and office workers.
Fantastic performance with class-leading battery life; Perfect selection of ports; Light and compact for a 14-inch laptop; Great keyboard and trackpad
Expensive across entire hardware range
Despite its very light-weight design, you still get some solid components in this ultrabook such as an Intel i5 processor and 8GB of DDR3 RAM. It doesn't have any dedicated video memory which is about the only weakness with this model but you do get a 128GB solid state drive for storage, and also...
When I received the package the main box was not sealed (someone must have opened before) and the Ethernet converter was missing. I have had two X1 carbon Thinkpad before and both had an Ethernet converter in the box.
very lightweight; nice screen
the letter keys are stiff and squeaky, and the spacebar has a dead spot on both ends of it; it makes an otherwise nice computer unpleasant to use; also, the CPU/GPU seem underpowered on the battery: video playback is choppy
Great laptop from Lenovo, nice to see the hdmi get added this year. Cons: No thunderbolt/USB C Quality laptop with a premium feel, bit pricey but its worth every penny.
This product is a kind of special , it' s cases are made with carbon which means a high reduce of weight just 1.408 kg and also with a 14 inch size make this device easier to care wherever you go and with 8 hour of battery life and you are completed.

Lenovo is an old hand at the business notebook game and has been producing top-class portables for years. With Apple and Dell elbowing their way to the top of the tree recently, and old rivals such as HP and Asus upping their game as well, it's facing competition like never before.
Lengthy battery life; Performance ahead of its rivals; Stunning lightweight design
