LG G6

For now, LG's modular plans are on hold. This was one of the major takeaways when the South Korean manufacturer debuted the LG G6 at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona earlier this year.
Pros:
  • Well constructed with premium finish and feel
  • Great battery life
  • Solid multitasking
Cons:
  • Power button placement odd at times
  • Camera a tad off now and then

LG G6 Review

Big changes for LG this year but these are changes that made sense and pointing to a more concrete identity. They've been experimenting for the last three years and this time, we think they've got it right. We hope they stick to this philosophy and improve on them moving forward. Nothing fancy.
Pros:
  • * Beautiful design
  • * Gorgeous display
  • * Great performance
  • * Water-resistance
  • * Quad HiFi DAC
  • * Great battery life
  • * Very nice dual camera setup
Cons:
  • * No wireless charging for PH units
  • * More expensive than before

Sleek phone with useful features, great performance and beautiful display

I've now owned this phone for a week and I can say my experience has been a good one thus far. I would definitely recommend this phone for anyone who wants a top 5 phone at a price point that doesn't hurt your wallet.
Pros:
  • USB-C quick charge
  • crisp display and slim form factor
Cons:
  • Battery is average
  • front facing camera is okay but not great and internal memory could be better

LG G6 review: The first truly great flagship phone for 2017

For years, the LG G-series has been the Korean company's smartphone effort to outsmart its biggest local rival, Samsung , and do so at a more wallet-friendly price. But with the less-than-successful launch of the LG G5 last year - largely down to its modular build shortcomings - we assumed that LG...
Pros:
  • Impressive design
  • standout 2:1 display
  • easy to hold in one hand
  • great dual cameras
Cons:
  • Not loads of 2:1 content yet
  • some issues relative to aspect ratio

The LG G6 is a decent phone with a great screen, an impressive camera and an admirably innovative design. If you're tempted, though, it's well worth checking out the Samsung Galaxy S8 before buying.

LG G6: The Gizmodo Review

It's hard to stand out in the smartphone world, especially if your phone doesn't do anything unique. LG knows this and has never shied away from trying new ideas. It was one of the first companies to make use of curved screens , and last year, it released an insane smartphone with a " magic slot "...

FullVision display The LG G6 has a really big 5.7" QHD (2880x1440 pixels) Plus FullVision display. This elongated display has a 18:9 aspect ratio showing 564 pixels per inch, meaning that there is more room for text, browsing and gaming.

LG G6 review: a great gimmick-free smartphone

The G6 is a pretty special design, LG was the first big manufacturer (just beating Samsung) to adopt the large screen, small bezel aesthetic, squeezing a 5.7-inch display into a phone which measures 148.9 x 71.9mm.
Pros:
  • Large 18:9 display
  • Premium design
  • Waterproofing
Cons:
  • Slightly hollow feel
  • UI
  • 2016 chipset
