Great construction. Drives really well.

A great product from Lego. Bought this for 6 year old. He is an advanced builder for his age. Because of the Great Directions he was able to put most of it together himself. He did make a few mistakes but with a little team help the Racer was built in one day. It does take a lot of batteries.

This is my first build in many years... just getting back into Lego! I must say, it was pretty easy; the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Once built, the toy is fun and easy to drive. It's not too quick, but that's ok. I might see about adding extra motors at some point.

This is a great idea especially if you were considering buying the motor and remote kit already. Ours had a defective IR receiver but Lego's customer service is awesome and we had a new one out to us very quickly.
