I ordered these building plates in an effort to build my son a Lego wall in his new playroom. Experienced Lego builders may have known this, but as a mother of a 2y/o little boy I did not. I thought that these plates would be 8x8 inches and 8x16 inches.

These are a great addition to our duplo building. It gives the kids a sturdy base to build on and gives them more options for building.
