Best Rockstar game yet!!!

I have played all( and I mean all) of the GTA and RDR games...this is by far the best...not just becuase of the facial expressions...but because of the gameplay.people have been complaining that you do the same things over and over again...that's true.

L.A. Noire: Rockstar Pass

First up, let's get the little stuff out of the way, specifically the non-case related pieces of DLC. Gamers purchasing the whole enchilada and saving a nice chunk of change in the meantime will get access to two (well technically three) extra suits for Cole Phelps.

Renegade Ops Review

With tight vehicle controls, impressive presentation and explosive dual-stick shooter gameplay, Renegade Ops is a highly entertaining and well-priced downloadable game that can be enjoyed by all.

(PlayStation 3 Review) Renegade Ops

One part Super Off Road , two parts Jackal , and a splash of Just Cause 2 , Renegade Ops is a glorious over-the-top twin-stick shooter with action to spare. A few technical issues mar the experience somewhat, but there's still plenty to enjoy in both single and multiplayer.

L.A. Noire – the PS3 Attitude review

It's an adult game – that rare thing – with a compelling, stylishly told story, and it actually has characters who have multiple layers. Its final stages are a little rushed and convoluted but it runs to a natural and fitting conclusion for the genre.

L.A. Noire PS3 Review

Maturity and innovation are two things that should be definitely encouraged in games. Most mentally mature adults probably grow tired of the amount of faux mature games that seem to be pandering towards a teenage audience as opposed to the truly grown up gamer.

L.A. Noire review (PS3)

Some people don't want to admit it, but L.A. Noire is a game that's split a lot of opinion. I'll fly my colours from the start in this review so that the vocal majority can go home early; it's questionable to me it should even be called a game at all. I'd call that quite a big negative.

Fantastic, if a little flawed

L.A. Noire is a great game for those who enjoyed the openness of the GTA series, but wanted a greater focus on story. The closest thing I can think of to compare it to was "The Getaway" for the PS2. Pros: - Looks fantastic; you'll not only recognise the voices of the characters, but their faces too.

L.A. Noire's absorbing investigations and intoxicating sense of style make it an unforgettable journey through the seamy side of the City of Angels.

What awaits Cole Phelps at the next crime scene Will it be a couple of hopheads who overdosed on morphine and are now on the midnight train to nowhere Or maybe a young lady whose dreams of Hollywood stardom were chewed up and spit out by the studios and who now lies naked in a park, the victim of...

Authentic and outstanding 1940's style and atmosphere, Solid performances and good use of motion capture, Compelling investigation and interrogation mechanics, Memorable noir story, Some great shoot-outs and action sequences that make use of real L.A; locations

Early investigations are very limited; Disconnection between cases leads to jarring moments; Some restrictions during pursuits and shoot-outs feel artificial
