Useful product & gives prompt delivery of hot water. Draw back is it seems to only work if filled from a jug rather than removing the internal fixture. Water leaks at base if internal jug is used so disappointing.

I really love this, and have used it a lot in the 3 days that I've had it. Naturally, the water comes out slower than pouring from a jug, but it's instant boiling water and whisper-quiet, unlike a noisy jug. I haven't experienced any leakage problems from the water tank like other reviewers seem to have, even when detaching it from the unit and filling it. They should request a replacement because that sounds like a fault rather than a design issue. With a kettle, I used to turn it on and go and do something else because I couldn't be bothered waiting for it to boil. Then I'd often forget that it had boiled and it would cool down a bit and I'd have to re-boil it. This unit has abolished that problem for me. It will probably save power as well. It's been great not just for hot drinks, but also for cooking because the instant boiling water slashes the heating time on the stove/microwave.

This is great and does what it’s ment, however when you remove the water tank to refill it when you place it back on the machine it leaks water everywhere so it’s easier to just use a plastic jug and fill the tank while it’s on the machine.

Been using this now for a number of months and it’s awesome. Fill the reservoir using a jug, only a complete moron tries to remove that to fill up then complains the water leaks. It might poor a wee bit slower but it’s faster than boiling the kettle for one cup of tea. I highly recommend this product and it’s at a good price point A++++++

I have been using this for a week it is really handy when on the go and can't wait for jug to boil this is perfect but I like my coffee burning hot so I would buy a cup warmer as well to make this perfect just put cup under turn on and make coffee as it pours hot water better than smart kettle thaks
