in the New York City apartment I didn't have room for the kind of floor speakers I would want so these were a great substitute. Stylish & sound great

I have 3 of them. 2 fronts and a center. Have my crossover at 120hz. In movies the sound is fantastic. They do need some time to break-in and some volume into them to sound magnificent. I have other reference premiere and the RP-640D are NOT in that league.

Space for most families like mine is always at a premium. 8 years ago I purchased an entry level set of Onkyo speakers the , although these still continue to perform flawlessly, I needed something that took up considerably less space in my living room.
