These arrived damaged. Returned them. Also, they're not very efficient - they took a lot of power to push them. But once I pushed them they sounded good. Nice bass response and great imaging.

These are a huge step up from the RP-280F towers. Night and day difference. I have a pair of 18" and a pair of 15" subs so I'm a bass head. Without the subs powered on, these towers produce a respectable amount of bass just being powered by my AVR.
Respectable bass Good build quality / materials

First, let me start by stating I am an actual consumer who purchased my speakers on eBay from an authorized Klipsch online dealer and I am not affiliated in any way with the seller. For the record, I purchased mine on eBay from Sound Distributors at 50% off MSRP.
These speakers sound as good as they look. They arrived on time and it was evident that they were new from the factory. Beautiful finish, love the darker wood. The RC-64ii brings jaw-dropping clarity and detail to the viewing experience and really compliments the RF-7s.
This very tall and big speaker is your best choice for rock and harder for this kind of money. finish is not the best, to say the least - but acceptable. sound is 5 stars, except for jazz and classic. even this sounds nice.
When buying speakers for home theater, some people look for speakers that have the biggest soundstage, to truly recreate epic scenes in their living room. Some want as much detail as possible in order to pick out the tiniest nuances that help make films feel so lifelike that you could reach out and...
Ever since I tested the Klipsch RF-7 for just over ten years ago, I have been looking for similar experiences. It was the first time
Klipsch RF-7 II has a huge sound and convey even the largest instruments in the living room in an amazingly credible manner; The extreme dynamics makes it an exquisite rock/metal speaker, but do not be fooled - it can handle acoustic music with the greatest naturalness too
RF-7 II is as big as a fridge and just about as easy to handle; It requires a lot of room and the proper distance to the rear and side walls; The horn tweeter should not be paired with just any amp, but deserves an amplifier that is controlled and resolute in the top frequencies
I purchased a pair of RF-7 II speakers in black online from http://www.acousticsounddesign.com and could not be happier with the build quality and how the RF7 II sound. Shipping was fast and they came strapped on a pallet to avoid damage.
