this thumb drive is very small and built from metal so It will last years the capacity is good and the transfer rate is super. I use one everyday for special thongs I do and I have mine hanging in a nail I put on the side of my desk. So it will not get lost or missed placed.
Kingston 4GB DataTraveler review
Loads of space but at a cost
Works well, looks good, but has quality control issues.
In spite of one losing it's guts I like these little drives. They are compact, look good, and no caps to lose. I like them enough that I gave a bunch away for Christmas with some family stuff loaded on them. Probably would have given five stars if one hadn't failed.- Compact

- no cap to lose

Taking the DataTraveler Route : Kingston DataTraveler Secure DataTraveler ReadyFlash USB Flash
While the security features offered by the DataTraveler Secure offering are useful, they do come at a price premium. So, unless security is a paramount issue, I would recommend the DataTraveler ReadyFlash for most users. It is one third the price and performed slightly better in my tests.
Kingston DataTraveler HyperX
Verdict: While the Kingston doesn't offer much in the way of extras, it's aggressively priced and super quick.
Kingston DataTraveler Generation 3 G3 32GB USB Drive Review
So there you have it tested against two other USB drives, the OCZ drive is rather old and the Kingston is the generation before and this G3 shows some rather slow read and write speeds overall. Normally you expect to see larger drives running slower, but here it isn't the case obviously.
