Kingston SSDNow V300 240G Upgrade Kit

To test the Kingston SSDNow V300 240G Upgrade Kit I used ATTO disk benchmark and CrystalDisk Mark. These two programs give a pretty good indication of level of performance one can expect. Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB SATA 3.0 SSD

Fast Boot time

HDD drive failure so decided to go with a SSD. Easy to setup. Cloning software was included, but I was unable to use due to HDD failure, but did try it after, very good product. Buying the kit would be the easy way to go. SSD has decreased boot up times to less than 45 seconds.

Be sure to research the reviews before purchasing

Kingston changed the internal components they are currently shipping in this product to lower quality ones without changing the product name. I have one of the early one that is really fast but this newer version I bought is MUCH slower.
