Kingston's ValueRAM range rules the roost when it comes to no-frills budget memory, and the KVR1333D3N9K2/8G kit is a perfect example. For less than £80, you get a pair of 4GB modules of DDR3 RAM, rated at 1,333MHz.
Popped it into my laptop, ran the laptops memory tests, no problems found. Less than half the cost of buying basically the same memory directly from DELL and Lenovo.
THIS IS A SINGLE MODULE 4Gb ram stick that will give a noticeable boost in program speeds and calculations; If you run windows 7 starter, your OS artificially limits the max RAM to 2 GB, but starter is crap anyways, you cant even change the desktop background

Fantastic Low Profile Memory. I Have Applied On Various Mini-Itx Builds. Just Did A Asrock E350M1 Zacate W/ This Memory In A Antec ISK-150 Fits Good None
Bought this memory for a failed attempt at resurrecting my daughters laptop but found other issues before the memory arrived. Now i have memory with no home. It hit me that this is the same type as my 2011 mac mini so i figured why not try it?
The three year old motherboard's manual stated that RAM sticks of 1, 2, or 4 GB size could be used. There was no mention (pro or con) of using 8 GB sticks (like these) in this motherboard, so I was a little nervous about trying these.
As with Kingston products, plug them in, and they work; I used two of these sticks, in order to increase the computer's RAM (from 6 GB to 16 GB) in a late model home-assembled computer that was being changed from XP Pro to Windows 7 64 bit Pro system
None at all
I upgraded my ram memory in my HP 110-406 desktop computer from 4 GB to 8 GB. It was easy to do myself and I'm very happy with my purchase
