Kingdom Come: Deliverance review – going medieval

It won't be for everyone, for various reasons, but if nothing else Kingdom Come proves that a role-playing game doesn't have to rely on fantasy to keep you interested.

The period detail, at least on a surface level, is very impressive and the role-playing elements and mission variety are handled very well; Nuanced character interactions

The clunky combat is never much fun and the open world is often bereft of interesting things to see or do; Lots of bugs and glitches at launch

PS4 Review - 'Kingdom Come: Deliverance'

Buy Kingdom Come: Deliverance Kingdom Come: Deliverance feels like it comes from another land of RPGs, a different kind of tree from the current forest of games touting "RPG elements.

Game Review: Kingdom Come: Deliverance

To say I'm late to the party with this review would be an understatement. But such is the scale of Kingdom Come , both literally and metaphorically, that for a simple enthusiast reviewer like myself the task of A: playing enough of, and B: actually reviewing a title such as this is a tad...

Amazing world and scenery; Plenty of quests and activities; Loads of depth with combat and gear; Impressive historical insight and accuracy

Awful restriction of manual saves; Not enough direction at the begining of the game; Suffers from a fair share of bugs

A much more realistic take on the Elder Scrolls formula which will delight some fans of that series while frustrating others.

Beautifully rendered game with wonderful sound that fans of a more realistic experience will really enjoy

The combination of the save system and the combat are brutal for casual types

Attack on Titan 2 Review – PlayStation 4

Overall, Attack on Titan 2 fulfills the show lover's desire to be part of the story while also not alienating those that just want a game about killing giant human munching monstrosities.

Positives + Improved fast paced aerial combat from the first game; + Ends at same point as Anime while including your character that doesn't change the outcome

Negatives - Replaying 80% of the first game; - Friendship system has no guidance

Kingdom Come: Deliverance Review

One of the most interesting RPG releases in years, Kingdom Come: Deliverance offers a realistic look at life in the 15th century in the midst of Europe – the Kingdom of Bohemia or the modern-day Czech Republic.

Attack on Titan 2 Review

Shinzou wo sasageyo

Looks and runs great; Gameplay is super fun; Online is fun; Builds upon the first game well

Visual pop in; Story pacing

Attack on Titan 2 follows anime so much to the point that missions are even named after the episode titles. Lengthy spells of narrative re-create the tension of the series but you could say the game elevates the events further.

Attack on Titan 2 Review

Small changes go a long way toward improving Attack on Titan 2's gameplay, but a poorly paced story and recycled content weigh it down.
