Great for kids, my 3 year old daughter loves it and so do my 6 and 10 year old nephews. Lots to do and lots to unlock, the cubs are very cute and the graphics are superb.

I bought this as a replacement for our first Kinectimals which was damaged at a friend's house. Our kids LOVE this game. I enjoy watching them interact with the 'pet'. Our kids love their 'pets' too as well as discovering new parts of the island.
We're training our children to see man-eating animals as cute little playthings now, are we? Apparently so, and very engaging and happy the results are too - even though you can use your own voice to make your Bengal tiger respond to the name 'Hitler'.
Kinectimals is a fantastic Kinect game for its intended audience. It won't appeal to mature gamers, but children will find this to be an engaging, immersive and enjoyable experience.
Most certainly a game for children, Kinectimals has a great sense of achievement fueled by an extremely cute presentation and great AI. However, the game is let down by broken controls that, while not making the experience unplayable, bring it down quite significantly.
The oh-so-cute Kinectimals is easily one of the strongest launch titles for Kinect, and one that will quickly endear itself to both the young and the young at heart.
A beautiful world; adorable cub animation; hours of wholesome entertainment
Bumble the annoying guide; repetitive mini games
It seems that each new concept or console that emerges should have at least one if not more titles that appeal to little ones.
Few games are as flat-out endearing as Kinectimals. This pet simulator and minigame collection is clearly meant for a younger crowd, and that audience will fall head over heels for the wide-eyed wildcat cubs that romp around with you as you move from one activity to the next.
The animals are absolutely adorable; Some minigames use the Kinect hardware in clever ways; Beautiful and sunny presentation; Decorating your hut has a pleasant dollhouse appeal
Too many minigames involve throwing one object at another; Some activities aren't responsive; The cartoony guide feels out of place
Do you love kitties? No, I mean do you LOVE kitties? Then Microsoft and Frontier Developments have just the game for you. Well, maybe not quite for you. I mean, Kinectimals is a nifty title that will allow you to play with some wonderfully rendered tiger cubs.
My kiddo loves this game but one thing I want to add is that you should but this when ur kid is able to handle all the screen option. Otherwise you have to sit next and guide every step.
