Season 3 is exactly what I expected, good graphical upgrade and characters, playing Killer Instinct with some Halo influence is very, very funny! (This is just to complete the 150)

fantastic fighting game, love the combos, music and gameplay. easy to learn the moves, but takes practice to get better, like most fighting games. I play it with a MK arcade fight stick and it's even more fun that way.

Definitely worth the purchase. Season 3 is due in 2016. Season 1 is free in January Games with gold. Fluid graphics & awesome local multiplayer fun. No campaign of any sort but this game excels at better fighting mechanism.

I have fond memories of playing Killer Instinct in the arcades nearly 20 years ago. Lengthy combo counts, the guttural shouts of the announcer, and the excitement of pulling off an ultra combo always brings a smile to my face.

The sad truth about fighting games is that much of what makes playing them against others interesting is usually kept obscured. succeeds enormously at exposing all of that information to players of all skill levels.

Killer Instinct hit its prime back in the 90's when it was one of the ‘must play' games in arcades. It might be before your time but I clearly remember blowing my pocket money on it with a massive grin on my face.
