Rock the dragon, and the Gum-Gum Fruit, and... There's so much raw potential for games based around anime. Most of it is squandered in favor of style over substance, but every so often a developer will surprise us.

Great gameplay! Not so great animation for the cutscenes but I can look over that easily.
In the early days of the Internet, we spent unhealthy amounts of time digging into anything manga and anime related online. We even studied Japanese to be able to read all the many wonderful adventures, particularly the ones found in Shonen Jump.
Retina searing Martial arts action with blazing speed and colours that pop, with your favourite anime characters battling it out as never before.
If you're an anime/manga fan you'll appreciate the fact that this game brings it all together. I think they got the fighting right. It's fast paced and simple. That said, this game could have been soooooo much better. What is with the all the loading screens
Shonen Jump, one of the most iconic manga publications out there, is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, and Bandai Namco was tasked with making the ultimate game to celebrate. That game is Jump Force, an anime mashup featuring characters from all your favorite Weekly Shonen Jump series.
Fluid; exciting gameplay that's inviting for all players; Beautiful fighting environments
Terrible story mode features lifeless characters and text dialog; Weak roster; Too many loading screens; Lack of substance in online capabilities
is unfortunately more reminiscent of the type of fan service that mediocre movie tie-ins represent, than a true celebration of 50 years of one of the most famous manga anthologies.
Positives + Great visuals + A lot of content and characters
Negatives; Combat is shallow; Game world feels artificial; Progression is confusing
Jump Force is not the first time characters from disparate Shonen Jump manga and anime franchises have faced off against one another in a fighting game, but this release represents the biggest and flashiest mashup brawl they have ever engaged in.
