I received these as a gift and I have nothing but trouble with them. The right ear bud won't stay connected consistently. Both buds crackle as if there is something wrong with the speakers . My cheap headphones work much better.

Great design and comfort. Had an issue with the Left not charging. Solved this by closing the case lid very carefully not to move the buds. Shame there are no magnets to hold them in place in the case. The app is good with plenty of info and details. The Sound output.
Alexa support is coming. But that aside, these are wireless earbuds that work -- and work well. Plus they come with a lot of AirPod-esque features.
