Jabra Elite Active 65t

You have to hand it to Jabra-the company has invested in an app that works with multiple models of its headphones, and it's the rare case in which the app actually improves the user experience to a notable degree.

Powerful bass and sculpted highs; Customizable EQ; Dust- and moisture-resistant design; Secure in-ear fit; Counts steps

Auto-pair process can be cumbersome, with only one earpiece pairing at times; Not for purists seeking accurate audio

Amazing

Ordered these after spending money on cheaper versions that failed or kept cutting out. The sound quality is amazing and when used with the Jabra sound app allows you to add extra bass or treble to suit your needs.

Great sound, fir and quality

Pleasantly surprised by the fit and ease of use. First time using full wireless and was concerned they may not stay in place particularly when exercising. Happy to say this has not been an issue. Overall sound quality is fantastic, usage time between charges also pretty much as stated.

Jabra Elite Active 65t True Wireless In Ear Sport Headphones - Copper Blue 100-99010000-40 review

Great-sounding wireless buds, for in and out of the gym, but a few usability niggles keep them from being perfect

Outstanding connection; Impressively detailed audio; Snug fit; Completely sweat-proof

Accelerometers can play up; Alexa integration could be better; Quite large; Can become uncomfortable after extended use

Jabra Elite Active 65t True Wireless In Ear Sport Headphones - Copper Blue 100-99010000-40 review

The Jabra Elite Active 65T wireless earbuds are great value buds, especially if you're looking to use them for fitness and workouts.

Can resist jets of water; Protected against dust; Excellent noise-cancelling

Plasticky build; Not the best sound

Jabra Elite Active 65t review

If you’re the sort of devoted fitness buff that would give The Rock a run for his mountainous piles of money, you’re perhaps better off opting for the more tech-heavy Elite Sport. For everyone else, though, I’d fully recommend the Elite Active 65t. They're the best running earbuds I’ve come across, both in terms of build and sound quality. And the latter has me really deliberating over whether these buds could replace my beloved AirPods on the daily commute. If it wasn’t for the fact that they do dig in a bit after a while, it wouldn’t be up for debate. Bells and whistles like Alexa compatibility are great, even if they are a bit half-baked, and I like that the app lets me quickly jump between different audio modes and settings. They’re not flawless, but if you’re in the market for some truly wireless in-ear headphones that tick nearly all of the boxes, you'll be hard pushed to find better for the price.

Jabra Elite 65t review: Third time's the charm

After the largely-iterative update delivered by their second-gen Elite Sport earbuds, Jabra have now expanded their true wireless portfolio again with the Elite 65t earbuds.

Though a few caveats apply, this is almost everything we wanted out of the second-gen Elite Sport earbuds and a solid product that cements Jabra’s reputation on the frontlines of the true wireless arms race.

Great sound; Great microphone;

Poor isolation; Weak software;

Jabra Elite 65t

Jabra's first- and second-generation Elite Sport earphones were among the better totally wireless headphones on the market, but they proved to be no match for Apple's AirPods , which have dominated the category since their arrival in late 2016.

The Jabra Elite 65t are smaller and fit more comfortably than their predecessors; They sound excellent for truly wireless headphones, perform reliably and are great for making calls, with two microphones in each earpiece.

The relatively tight, noise-isolating fit isn't for everyone; You have to step up to the more expensive Elite Active 65t to get a true sports model that offers enhanced sweat-resistance
