I love the sound and the bass. I use it for calls a lot, and absolutely love it. I have had it for over 3 weeks now. I did have an occasional connection problem with the device where the sound gets distorted a bit, and then comes back - maybe 3 times in the last 3 weeks. Not much of a negative for me, personally. Other than that, very good purchase. Quality product. I am a fan. PBTech was amazing with the pickup - swift and great communication. Very happy with the service, especially with covid alert levels.

This review is on behalf - unfortunately the first pair of these bought one ear didn’t work, took them back and PB Tech were great they replaced straight away. Second pair have been working ok but now and then audio will stutter or cut out. Have known JBL to be a good brand but these earphones are not as good as what I expected.

They are okay. Somewhat bulkier than other pods and slip out easily for me personally no matter which earbud size I pick from the 3 options it comes with. I'm extremely impressed with the sound quality and bass however. Voices in podcasts sound incredible to me. The mono feature sometimes means you have to put one back in the case and take it out again to get the stereo mode working, and for me, there is no left or right channels. They are both 50/50.

Good sound quality and really good for the price. I have had these for about a month and hace not had any issues at all
