The $99.95 JBL Tune Flex noise-cancelling true wireless earbuds match the company's Tune Buds in price and use the same app, but that’s about all they have in common. These earphones take an innovative approach to in-ear fit by shipping with both open and in-canal eartips, but neither create a sufficient seal. As such, audio and noise cancellation performance suffer heavily. The more traditional Tune Buds do better in both areas and offer longer battery life, so we recommend them to anyone who enjoys bass-first tuning.
