For $99.95, JBL’s true wireless Tune 130NC earphones deliver impressive, subwoofer-like bass and excellent battery life in a water-resistant design. As you might be able to tell from the name, they also offer active noise cancellation (ANC), which is merely decent, but fine for the price. The earphones check a lot of boxes, though Anker's Soundcore Life P3 ($79.99) and Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro ($129.99) remain our top picks in the price range because both have more effective ANC.
