Firstly the limitations. 1. It has great sound but a bit heavy on the base which can't be adjusted ie no equalizer. 2. In order to request individual music tracks you need a subscription to something like Spotify Premium, or Google Play Music. However if you have music loaded onto your phone or tablet, you can play it through the speaker via bluetooth. The unit is pretty easy to setup once you download Google Home on your phone/ tablet. It runs you through features providing examples as you go. It easily understands questions and is able to accept follow up questions to clarify the answers. One good feature is the mute button for those of you worried about the unit eaves dropping on your every word. This unit isn't totally portable as it needs a 240V power supply.

It wakes up upon Hey Google, listens to commands but doesnt respond and becomes unresponsive subsequently. Looks like Jbl has some hardware issues because my other google home mini responds correctly I would not recommend jbl 300 There are a lot of posts related to this issue on forums

The sound quality and ease of use is good
