Fantastic laptop apart from the design flaw with its fan system

I purchased this laptop 2 and a half months ago and up until recently I have had absolutely no problem with it. However recently each time I turned the laptop on it warned that the fan was not operating, and that continued use of the laptop would risk damaging the system.

Sooooo Sorry I got this!!!

I bought this item in August 2011, and by May 2012, I had encountered series of issues such as 1. Webcam going off at will and sometimes even refusing to start up. 2. My enter key just stops working unless I restart the laptop. 3.

I purchased this laptop because I had looking at it in the stores(New, not refurbished). When I saw it available online, I jumped at the, opportunity to buy it because $328 was alot better than $400.

HORRIBLE OVERRAL

I bought this laptop two days ago, after having gone through a whole ridicolous thing with a Toshiba (also btw, avoid) So I'm thinking, hey great. WRONG. The first day I got it, it crashed as it was setting up my account. That's when I should have taken it back, because it only got worse.

Poor value, poor performance

After adjusting to the O/S (which is a huge problem for this unit and it causes screens to hop all over - in part due to the position of the mouse pad), the problems continued with this unit.

numeric keypad large easy to use keyboard

poor wireless connectivity unit crashes and hangs

Terrible

The specs and value of this laptop seemed so tempting at the store when the guy sold it to me...It is a terrible laptop. The shell of the computer is flimsy and you feel like you are breaking it every time you pick it up and when you type.

I dont recommend this laptop.

I turned it on for the first time and one of the pixels was already burnt out. Some of the keys still once and a while. And the USB ports won't recognize a USB.

Review HP Pavilion g6-1352eg Notebook

The Pavilion g6-1352eg notebook can't deny that it has been designed for a low price . It starts with the 15 inch plastic case that only sports a few interfaces, a clattery keyboard and a below-average screen .

HP Pavilion g6z-1d00 Review

The HP g6z is a solid entry in the world of $400 budget laptops.  Many people own multiple computers simply because everyone in a household needs access to their own computer, I can see the HP g6z as being a popular "around the house" laptop that a family can share or the kids can use as their own.
