Good choice for gaming/ music

Nothing really stands out to me about this product, but don't take that as a negative; that means I'm focused on the game or movie I'm watching and not worrying about my headset.

Meh

Been a long time user of the Cloud 2's which I have loved over the past few years. They broke the other day randomly, so I figured now would be a good time to update them for these Revolvers - They feel much more chuncky that I thought they would..

HyperX Cloud Revolver Gunmetal gaming headset review

Although not the most prominent of the sensory functions, hearing plays an important role in our lives. Those of us who enjoy music also enjoy it more with a high-quality audio delivery. Those old tunes from your teenage years can take you back to those days like nothing else can.

Flexible cords; Full metal frame that encircles the earpieces; Detachable; flexible; noise-canceling microphone; Closed-back ear cups don't allow much sound to escape and annoy other people; Ear pads work fine with glasses

Kingston HyperX Cloud Revolver

The Cloud Revolver is solid gaming headset, but its price lands it above most of the market's current offerings.

Lightweight; Comfortable; Clear and crisp sound quality

Pricey; Lack of portability

HyperX Cloud Revolver Multi-platform E-Sports Gaming Wire Headset with Removable Microphone

With the revolve Kingston stepped away from the great design of the original Clouds and decided to go in a new (more gamey) design direction. According to my source at Kingston one of the goals was to open up the sound stage more, something closer to open back in effect.

Decent Bass; good sound stage; comfortable

Mic is not very good; headband has a ring that is easy to hear

Good value, not overburdened with features

Great headset that works on all platforms. Sound is crisp and the noise canceling on the mic is excellent. It's comfortable, but has some weight to it and the ear covers are soft. Have had it for a week now and more than happy. Fast delivery and it arrived in perfect condition. Totally happy.

Premium headphones

These headphone can be used on pretty much any gaming device, computers and mobile phone! Have to say the sound quality is amazing and completely blocks out any background noise. The headphones are finished to a very high standard, are very comfortable to wear and fit well too!

Great gaming headset despite the little negatives

Pros - Snug fit; very soft memory foam ear pads; amazing sound quality; braided wire; looks very cool Cons - Metal frame can easily catch sounds and vibrations (this is only if you or somebody knocks on the metal frame. As long as you don't headbang while haivng these on, they work great!

Nice headsets but the boom mic is very flimsy

I purchased these for my son for Xmas last year and it wasn't more than 2 weeks and the plastic on the boom mic cracked. It was near where it connects to the headset. I thought he was just hard on ithe headset but he assures me that all he was doing was adjusting the boom position and it crack.

decent sound; cord on mike does not twist and tangle like other headsets

boom mic broke after a couple of weeks
