Honor 10 Lite 3GB 64GB

The HONOR 10 Lite is not exactly a lightweight when it comes to features and design. This midrange smartphone is incredibly stylish and functional, and boasts twice the storage of many other devices occupying this portion of the market.

Design plus

The overall design wouldn't look out of place in a more expensive device, with the elongated display, corner mounted cameras and dewdrop notch just a few of the more eye-catching features. With some cool colour options, including a beautiful Sky Blue, this is a very good-looking phone for the price. Plus, the screen to body ratio of more than 90% and a 6.21-inch display promises a great viewing experience.

Affordable phone, million-dollar selfies

The AI front camera recognizes eight selfie scenarios and optimizes the background so you always stand out, while the new AI beauty algorithm can customize beauty effects including acne removal, face slimming, eye bags removal and even teeth whitening! General photography is just as feature-packed, including super night shoot mode which allows you to take night shots in under six seconds of exposure with an anti-shake feature.

This phone plays the game

Gaming is better than before thanks to HONOR’s self-proclaimed "ground-breaking GPU Turbo" which vastly improves the efficiency of GPU graphics processing and the overall user gaming experience.

Heavyweight power

This might be a midrange phone, but the HONOR 10 Lite features a Kirin 7106 chipset and flagship-level Cortex-A73 core for reduced power consumption and increased performance. The storage is just as impressive, coming in at 64GB as standard, much more than many competing devices.

Honor 10 Lite Review: Budget smartphones have never looked so good

Huawei's budget e-brand, Honor, is known for smartphones that offer a high-level of specification without costing the earth, as we saw with the impressive Honor 10 , Honor Play , and Honor 8X in 2018.

Suffice to say, it didn't feel like a major downgrade. The Honor 10 Lite offered decent day-to-day performance, alongside impressive battery endurance. The camera produces respectable shots for the price point, while the body and design of the phone is attractive, and even feels somewhat...

The sub-brand of Huawei which is known as Honor has outreached well within the Indian smartphone market and the mantra has been quite simple which Honor follows i.e to provide a package of all in one.

Huawei's sub-brand Honor flooded the smartphone market with multiple offerings last year. The company focussed mainly on the budget segment, with good designs and efficient hardware. We also got the Honor Play, a powerful gaming-centric smartphone aimed at budget-conscious buyers.

Honor 10 Lite Hands On, Quick Review: A Lightweight Champ

Honor made quite a splash when it returned to the Philippines last April 2018, offering quite a number of competitive offerings including the Honor 9 Lite. The phone proved to be a solid device to build momentum for their comeback in the Philippines, sporting mid-range features for not much money.

The budget mid-range segment is a tough one to compete in. While Xiaomi rules the roost, Honor and Realme have been playing hard and fast to close the gap. Honor's first phone for 2019, the Honor 10 Lite , combines great aesthetics with mid-range specs.

Fantastic design Excellent ergonomics Display looks great Very good network performance

, but while it has a distinctly budget price (coming in at around £185 on Pay As You Go or from £14 per month on contract at the time of writing) this is far from a basic phone.

Big; sharp screen; Great design; Brilliant value

EMUI 9 isn't great; Plastic build; No fast charging

Honor 10 Lite Review – A Budget Bargain

While it looks a lot like its more expensive stablemates, the Honor 10 Lite is cut-down in almost every regard, from build quality to power. Even so, at $155 it's amazing value for money and the average user isn't going to notice the entry-level processor.
